Hi, I’m Michael Hypov (formal name Mikhail Antonov) — entrepreneur, venture advisor, and founder of TECH HY Venture Club.
Over the last 17 years, I’ve built a multifaceted career at the intersection of finance, AI, and venture capital.
My background spans:
10 years in crypto and blockchain
9 years in top-tier global corporations, including PepsiCo and VTB
5 years in venture building and fundraising
$28M+ raised across 30+ startup projects
And a network of over 1500 investors, 300+ KOLs, and 2000+ founders
With an MBA and a Master’s in Data Science, I have always embraced the deep tech edge — building predictive models, designing AI tools, and advising Web3 startups long before the industry boom.
After years of collaborating with founders, investors, and venture firms across global markets, I recognized a painful truth about the Web3 venture space:
Too much noise. Too little due diligence. Too many scams.
Startups were failing not due to a lack of ideas, but from a deficiency in execution, guidance, capital, and trust. Investors were gambling without protection or clear insight.
I created TECH HY to serve as the missing bridge between quality founders and credible investors, driven by transparency, infrastructure, and skin-in-the-game economics.
TECH HY is the result of everything I’ve learned — from hedge fund trading to corporate leadership to Web3 community building.
It’s more than a project. It’s a movement to clean up the venture space and give the next generation of startups a real chance.
