• Projects in the late pre-market stage are eligible to apply to the DAO Investment Committee for DAO funding (KYC Certification + AI express Scoring report (soon) are compulsory)

Step 3: Strategic Services & Execution

• Access to TECH HY’s B2B Service Boutique with 30+ categories

• Services include tokenomics, legal, fundraising strategy, KOL marketing, AI devs, and more

• Payment via $VC at a fixed rate (1 VC = 1 USD), ensuring budget protection

• Projects can move from scored → ready-to-raise without hiring multiple agencies

• For Early Stage: Projects are presented to the TECH HY Syndicate (Investors Private Club) (only for Projects with a Score Rate B, A, A+)
